Ms. Elliott graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Spanish Literature. Ms. Elliott graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007, where she was a member of the San Diego International Law Review and took part in International and Comparative Law programs in Dublin, Paris and Florence.

Before law school, Ms. Elliott worked as a legal assistant for Jones Day Reavis and Pogue in Washington, D.C., as well as obtained a Diploma in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining La Bella & McNamara as an associate in 2007, Ms. Elliott worked with the firm as a paralegal and law clerk.

Ms. Elliott is admitted to the State Bar of California, as well as to the United States District Court for Southern District Court of California, and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
